Day 1:
Lunch: Sandwiches
Dinner: BBQ and salads

Day 2:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads with hot spaghetti/baked beans
Lunch: Hot dogs
Dinner: Pasta and salad

Day 3:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads
Lunch: Hamburgers
Dinner: Miso Soup, marinated beef strips with onions and vegetables with garlic

Day 4:
Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, hash brown and cereals/toast
Lunch: Pizza and salad
Dinner: Shepherds Pie and vegetables.

Day 5:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads
Lunch: Yiros (lamb)
Dinner: Stir fry and rice

Day 6:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads and pancakes
Lunch: Pies and pasties
Dinner: Tuna Mornay with salad

Day 7:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads
Lunch: Mountain bread rolls
Dinner: Ox. Tail stew and steamed rice

Day 8:
Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, tomato, mushrooms, hash brown and toast and cereals
Lunch: Quiche and salad
Dinner: Chicken and vegetables.

Day 9:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads
Lunch: Hotdogs
Dinner: Korean Hotpot with rice

Day 10:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads with hot spaghetti/baked beans
Lunch: Sandwiches
Dinner: Gourmet BBQ (spare ribs, satay kebabs, chicken wings with salad)

Day 11:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads
Lunch: Yiros (chicken or beef)
Dinner: Stir fry with Hokkien noodles

Day 12:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads and Pancakes
Lunch: Finger food ‘party’ lunch
Dinner: Braised lamb shanks and pumpkin/sweet potato mash

Day 13:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads.
Lunch: Pies & pasties & sausage rolls (Flinders Chase Café)
Dinner: Sausage sizzle with salads on the beach.

Day 14:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and assorted spreads
Lunch: Chicken and salad (takeaway pack – to be consumed within 4hrs of leaving VBOEC)
Dinner: Pizza

Desserts will be provided every night e.g. ice cream & topping, fruit salad and cream, cheese cake, bread and butter pudding, rice pudding, jelly…. Morning tea and afternoon tea will consist of cakes, fresh fruit or muesli bars.
